Which one do I need?
Most women need both, which is why we sell them as the Protocol. Ovulation works on the cycle you are in right now. Prenatal gets the foundation ready underneath it. If you are already on a prenatal you like, Ovulation alone is a reasonable place to start.
When should I start?
Now rather than after a positive. The neural tube closes in the first few weeks, often before a test reads positive, which is why folate matters in the months beforehand. And a follicle takes roughly 90 days to finish maturing, so the sooner you start the more of that window you cover.
How long before I notice anything?
Cycle regularity is what women most often tell us they track. Egg quality is not something you can feel, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something. Give it the full ninety days.
What is the difference between the two?
Ovulation works on the cycle you are in right now, with myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol, K2, D3 and zinc. Prenatal gets the foundation ready, with methylfolate, vitamin C, vitamin D, CoQ10 and ginger. Together they are the Protocol. On their own, each is half of one.
Is Molo Prenatal a complete pregnancy prenatal?
No. It is built as a preconception foundation, for the months before a positive. It does not contain choline, iodine, calcium or magnesium, and its iron is 4.5 mg rather than a pregnancy dose. When you get a positive, bring the label to your OB and ask about your iron and choline targets.
Why is Ovulation more expensive than inositol on Amazon?
Commodity 40:1 inositol will give you the two ingredients for about twenty dollars. What you are paying for here is Caronositol® rather than generic powder, plus MenaQ7® K2, algal D3 and chelated zinc alongside it, and a drink instead of two more capsules. Whether that is worth the difference is genuinely your call.
Are there proprietary blends?
None. Every ingredient and every amount is printed.
How do I take them?
One stick of each a day, stirred into 8 to 12 oz of cold water. Most women take Ovulation in the morning and Prenatal later, but the order does not matter. What matters is taking them daily for the full ninety days.
Can I mix them in the same glass?
We would not. They are different flavors and different textures, and taken separately they both taste better, which is the whole point of a routine you can keep.
What do they taste like?
Strawberry Kiwi is bright and light. Black Cherry is deeper and less sweet. Both are sweetened with Reb M and monk fruit, with no added sugar. You can mix both flavors on any 90-day plan.
Can I take this during IVF or IUI?
Bring both labels to your clinic before starting anything during a treatment cycle. Molo is a supplement rather than a medical product, and your clinic’s protocol always comes first.
Do I stop when I get pregnant?
