Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. That includes every subscription shipment.

Processing

Orders ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Delivery

Delivery takes 2 to 5 business days within the continental US.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only for now.

Tracking

You get an order confirmation by email as soon as you order, and a tracking link by email as soon as the label is created.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders ship automatically every 90 days or every 30 days, depending on your plan. You get a reminder email before every shipment, and you can pause, change flavors or cancel any time from your account.
